Pastry

The daily bake begins at 4am and goes until 3pm. During that time, new bread and pastry is continually coming out of the oven, so depending on what you are looking for, it may make sense to call and ask when it will be ready each day. We bake everything "on the curve" in our wood fired oven. "Baking on the curve" means we bake high temperature items first and cooler temperature items last.

Viennoiseries

Croissant - Classic flaky, buttery goodness.

Chocolate Croissant (pain au chocolat) - A croissant with chocolate in the middle.

Ham and Cheddar Croissant - A croissant filled with sliced ham and New York extra sharp white cheddar cheese.

Spinach & Feta Croissant - A croissant filled with our tasty spinach feta mixture.

Danish - Flaky, buttery goodness with toppings/fillings. We have blueberry cream cheese, almond, apricot and raspberry daily. Additionally, we have seasonal varieties/baker’s specials, like strawberry rhubarb (spring), lemon curd and berries (summer), lavender and peach (summer), almond plum (fall), etc.

Cinnamon Twist - Our croissant and danish dough topped with butter and cinnamon sugar.


Cinnamon Buns, Cookies, Scones

Seasonal Scones - A not-too-sweet, just right, favorite breakfast choice. Flavors change seasonally, but generally we have blueberry lemon in spring and summer, pumpkin scones early fall, cranberry orange late fall/early winter, chocolate pecan mid/late winter.

Chocolate Chip Cookies - These are just right chocolate chip cookies, sure to please kids and adults alike. 

Salted Dark Chocolate Walnut Spelt Cookies (L) - This is the baker's favorite cookie. It is made with 100% local organic whole grain spelt, dark chocolate and walnuts give this cookie a delicious nutty and complex flavor.

Lavender Shortbread Cookies - Scottish shortbread with organic lavender flowers.

Ginger Molasses Spice Cookies - winter seasonal (November-December)

Chocolate Brownie Cookie (L) (Summer seasonal only) - Brownie-like chocolate cookies made organic local wholegrain rye flour instead of wheat flour so they’re low gluten. We throw a sprinkle of salt on top for that just right flavor.

Triple Chocolate Cherry Cookies (GF)  (Winter seasonal only) - Rich chocolate cookies made with rice flour instead of wheat flour so they’re pretty much GF, but it’s made in a gluten-full bakery.

Almond Cloud Cookies (GF) - (amaretti bianchi cookie) An Italian almond and lemon cookie that is also nearly gluten free (made without gluten ingredients in a gluten-full facility :)

Almond Cherry Cookies (V) - A nutty, sweet oatmeal cookie with dried cherries.

Decorated Sugar Cookies - Sweet classic cookie with royal icing.

Honey Maple Granola - A dark toasted granola made with oats, walnuts, pecans, almonds, pumpkin seeds, sesame seeds, flax seeds, sunflower seeds, maple syrup, honey, vanilla, cinnamon and butter.

Vegan Coconut Cherry Granola (V) - A sweet and addictive granola made with coconut chips, almonds, oats, sugar, extra virgin olive oil and maple syrup.
